Junior Recruitment Consultant
Kick-start your career in 2005 with Initiate - the specialist sales recruiter for the technology sector.
With continuing success in delivering high calibre sales executives to blue-chip clients in the IT and telecoms sector, we are looking to recruit determined and extroverted graduates with 6 months B2B sales experience to join our Fast-Track Trainee Recruitment Consultant programme.
Ambition and drive are more important than previous sales experience - you will be a natural networker with excellent rapport building skills and a strong work ethic.
Your role will be to:
1. Develop a network of sales management contacts within a specific vertical market in the IT or Telecoms sector.
2. Establish headcount requirements for sales executives and sales management and,
3. Find, evaluate and introduce suitable candidates for these positions.
We will give you all the necessary training and coaching so that you can earn Ј35k in your first year. Training includes database management (Goldmine), client conversations, candidate conversations, pitching, interviewing by telephone and face to face, writing job adverts; delivered in an intensive 2 week classroom training period followed by at the desk mentoring.
Initiate have been established for three years and are recognised as leaders in sales recruitment in the fast growing new technology sectors. We work from a modern air conditioned office with fantastic views over London City at London Bridge. We are a young company (average age is 28) and have ambitious plans to grow to be the leading sales recruitment company in the sector within five years. We are profitable with no debt.
For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to develop into sales management within 18 months with an equity stake in the company.
